Tasks on the Jukebox page - working with jukeboxes and magazines

In order to do something with jukeboxes, magazines, volumes or other elements, you usually select it with the mouse and select a task from the task menu. Figure 8 shows an open task menu of the Jukebox page. What items are displayed in the task menu depends on which element you have selected.

If you just click on an element/node in the left (tree) pane, you will see some information on the element. Just clicking on the Resource Manager node, for example, shows the version number of the Resource Manager software. Clicking on a virtual magazine shows in which directory on the Resource Manager server that particular virtual magazine is located. Figures 9 and 10 give examples of this information.

The next sections will discuss some of the tasks you can perform on the Jukebox page, but not all of them. Some, like adding a jukebox, might require physical access to the jukeboxes; some are privileged activities requiring a password.
